Bill Payment Options

Type in your account number and your service location exactly as it appears on your printed bill.  This should open another window that shows your account information.  If you have questions, email them to info@augustawater.org.

Pay your bills online!

Effective August 18, 2010, you can pay your bill online using either a debit or credit card. There is a $2.95 processing fee for residential customers and a 2.95% fee for non-residential customers.

Other payment options including direct debit from checking accounts are being reviewed now.

Here are other payment options.

  1. Checks may be mailed in, delivered to our office in person, or dropped off in an envelope at 12 Williams Street after hours.

  2. Cash may be delivered to our office in person.  Please do not mail cash or drop it in the slot at 12 Williams Street.

  3. Pay with a debit or credit card at the District's office at 12 Williams Street. All office payments carry a fee of 2.95%. Internet based credit or debit card payments for residential customers cost a flat fee of $2.95.

  4. You may use your own bank to pay your bills for you using their electronic pay options.  Each bank has a different method, but most banks in our service area provide an option to pay from your account to the District without mailing a check in yourself.  Some banks charge a nominal fee for this service while others have no fees.  This option is very popular and very easy since it summarizes all bill payment activity monthly.  Contact your financial institution for more details.
