Emergency Information

If you notice a water main break or a sewer overflow between 7 AM and 4 PM, please call our office at 622-3701.

Emergency calls after 4 PM and before 6 PM can be placed to the wastewater plant at 623-4633.

Emergency calls after 6 PM should be placed to the Augusta Emergency Services dispatcher at 626-2370.

There are crews on call 24 hours per day to respond to water and wastewater emergencies.
