Water and Sanitary Rate Tables

Though the utilities are combined, the rate structures and mechanisms available for setting rates are different.

Water rates went into effect in February, 2003.  Water utilities are regulated by the Maine Public Utilities Commission.

Sanitary rates went into effect in June, 2006.  Maine wastewater utilities are not financially regulated.
