Water, Sewer and Stormwater Rate Tables

Though the utilities are combined, the rate structures and mechanisms available for setting rates are different.

Water rates went into effect on October 3, 2011.  Water utilities are regulated by the Maine Public Utilities Commission.

Sewer and stormwater rates went into effect on October 3, 2011.  Maine wastewater utilities are not financially regulated.
