If you'd like to visit us, we're located at 12 Williams Street, behind City Center in Augusta or you may call the office at (207) 622-3701.  Our business hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday (Federal and State Holidays are observed).

If you are a tenant in a building and you want service in your name, you need to complete a tenant permit.  This ensures that both you and the property owner agree that the responsibility of service is yours.  You may download that document, fill it out and bring it in to the District with both signatures.
